4 Nights 5 Days Yoga & Wellness Retreat in Rishikesh
Arrive with your airport transfer already arranged. Practise yoga, experience Ganga Aarti, watch sunrise from Kunjapuri, raft the Ganga, receive Ayurveda and sound healing, explore your Vedic birth chart, travel through sacred Garhwal and finish among the temples, forests and caves of Neelkanth.
This Retreat Begins Before You Reach Anandmaya
You land, and someone is already waiting for you. For the next five days, the logistics begin to disappear and Rishikesh slowly takes their place.
One evening you sit beside the Ganga while lamps glow on the river. The next morning you are above the city watching Himalayan sunrise.
You raft. You receive massage. You lie beneath the vibrations of singing bowls. You explore your own Vedic birth chart. You stand where two rivers become the Ganga.
And before going home, the retreat takes you through the forested pilgrimage route towards Neelkanth Mahadev and Jhilmil Gufa.

Your Retreat Includes a Personal Vedic Astrology Session
After exploring Rishikesh outside, take time to explore your own inner map.

It becomes part of the deeper retreat question: What are you returning home to?
End Where Temple Roads Become Forest Paths
Your last day is not spent waiting to check out. It becomes one final journey into the spiritual landscape surrounding Rishikesh.
A Shiva Temple in the Himalayan Forest
The road climbs away from Rishikesh through green mountain valleys towards Neelkanth Mahadev.
Hindu tradition connects the site with the Samudra Manthan, when Shiva consumes the poison that emerges from the cosmic ocean and becomes Neelkanth, the blue-throated one.
Step Away From the Main Pilgrimage Road
Continue towards a quieter cave landscape associated with spiritual practice and the sadhu tradition.
When resident sadhus are present and comfortable interacting with visitors, guests may have the opportunity to sit respectfully and experience something of India's living renunciate culture.
It is intentionally not staged or guaranteed. Genuine encounters should remain human.
Come Back to Anandmaya
Retreat life is also made of small things: a yoga mat, a warm meal, a quiet corner and somewhere that begins to feel familiar.
Spacious Comfort AC Room
Four nights in Anandmaya's most spacious comfort room category are included.
Your private base between yoga, excursions, massage and sacred journeys.
Comfort Matters When Your Days Are Full
After rafting, mountain roads, temples and caves, a private comfortable room becomes part of the retreat.
Return, shower, stretch out, write, read or sleep. Your room gives you enough space to recover before the next experience begins.
