Multi-Style Yoga Classes in Rishikesh
Build a strong Hatha foundation while experiencing thoughtfully varied elements of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga with internationally experienced teacher Shobhit.
More Variety as Your Practice Deepens
Hatha Yoga provides the steady foundation. From there, Shobhit may shape individual mornings with dynamic flow, disciplined sequences, slower restorative work or deeper holds according to the group and the purpose of that day’s practice.
- A consistent 60-minute morning routine
- Different styles explored across a longer subscription
- Variations for different levels within the group format
- Guidance from an experienced international teacher
- Advance booking for drop-in, weekly and monthly practice

Explore Yoga Beyond a Single Style
The class is not a fixed daily sequence. The style and emphasis may change so regular students can develop a broader and more balanced personal practice.
Hatha Yoga
Steady postures, conscious breathing, alignment and body awareness form the grounding base.
Vinyasa Yoga
Breath-led transitions may bring rhythm, mobility, coordination and an energising quality.
Ashtanga-Inspired
Selected sequences may support strength, stamina, focus and consistency in practice.
Yin Yoga
Slower, longer-held postures may encourage patience, release and deeper stretching.
Styles are introduced at the teacher’s discretion. Every class will not necessarily include all four styles, and the practice may be adapted to the group present.
