The 21-Day Body-Mind Transformation retreat

Week 1: The Awakening (Alignment) We strip back bad habits. We focus on mobility, spinal health, and waking up the reflexes. The body remembers how it should move.
Week 2: The Reset (Efficiency) We correct the patterns. Posture, walking gait, and running mechanics are re-educated. The foundations of self-defence are laid. Old tension dissolves; efficiency returns.
Week 3: The Transformation (Expression) We integrate power. Ancient Indian conditioning (Indian Clubs), Yogic martial arts, and applied combat awareness merge with philosophy. Movement becomes expression; awareness becomes stable.

The morning is for building the container. We combine ancient conditioning with modern functionality to create a body that is responsive and resilient.

Raja Yoga • Release • Introspoection
After the fire of the morning, we cultivate the coolness of the evening. This session is essential for sustainable training.
- Raja Yoga: Bhakti yoga + Hatha Yoga + siddha yoga.

- Inner Grounding: Breath-led stillness to process the day’s transformation.

Guru Suraj Gopinath carries a living transmission through the 3,000-year-old Kadathanad warrior lineage and his Gurudev’s three living lineages. Historically, Kadathanad was renowned for fierce warriors whose influence extended across Asia. A lifelong martial artist trained in boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai, he teaches Skanda Shiksha, a Siddha–warrior yogic path integrating breath science, Hatha Yoga, Bhakti, and embodied discipline.
The title Guru was conferred upon him by Sreemat Sadyojat Shankarashram Sadguru Swamiji, a Saraswat Brahmin Shankaracharya, entrusting him with the responsibility of transmitting Advaita Vedanta and Shiva Siddhanta. Formerly a high-level corporate trainer to elite professionals in the USA and Dubai, he left a successful life in California in response to an inner calling. He teaches in Rishikesh at Anandamaya.
