Certified Ayurvedic Massage Therapy Course in Rishikesh

Ayurvedic massage, or Abhyanga, is a time-honored healing practice rooted in the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda, which dates back over 5,000 years. More than just a massage, it is a sacred ritual designed to balance the body’s energies (doshas), detoxify the system, and awaken inner vitality. Using warm herbal oils chosen specifically for each individual’s constitution, Ayurvedic massage nourishes the tissues, improves circulation, calms the nervous system, and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Traditionally practiced by sages and healers in India, Abhyanga continues to offer a deeply therapeutic experience harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit in perfect rhythm.

My experience was both good and bad at this ashram — The food was probably the worst part and a couple people left because of this. The teachers would also say we were like family but never asked me if I was ok after looking ghostly when I was sick for days in class. Some of the teachers were great some of them were not the best but overall I coincidentally was with an incredible group of other people.
