Riccardo Marotta, founder of The Joyful Breath, is the guiding presence behind The Art of Release. His approach blends ancient wisdom with modern psychology and neuroscience.
Riccardo’s personal journey began after years of living with asthma and panic attacks. This experience led him to deeply study the mind–body–breath connection.
He holds a degree in Indian and Central Asian Religions and Philosophies and has trained in Tantra Yoga, Hatha Yoga Therapy, and the Buteyko Method.
He is also a certified transpersonal Rebirthing facilitator and is completing a Master’s in Psychology.
Through his work, Riccardo helps people experience nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and emotional release in a safe and supportive environment.
His sessions are known for their warmth, compassion, and balance of science and spirituality.
