Each day begins with guided yoga including gentle asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques), and mantra chanting to energize the body, steady the mind, and create inner balance.
Nourishing Vegetarian Meals
Daily Satvik breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared with fresh local ingredients to support detox, clarity, and overall wellbeing.
Guided Exploration & Heritage Walk
After breakfast, enjoy free time followed by a guided walk through the local markets of Rishikesh and a heritage walk from Laxman Jhula to Ram Jhula, returning to the retreat center for lunch.
White Water Rafting (Second Day Experience)
On the second day after breakfast, enjoy an optional white water rafting experience on the sacred Ganga, blending adventure with spiritual connection.
Personal Vedic Astrology Session
One personalized Vedic astrology consultation is included during the retreat. This session offers insight into your life path, career, relationships, and upcoming cycles, providing clarity, direction, and deeper self understanding.
Afternoon Meditation (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
A guided meditation session to calm the mind, release emotional tension, and enhance awareness.
Sound Healing Session (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
An immersive sound healing experience designed to relax the nervous system and restore energetic balance.
Rest & Reflection
Evenings are free for rest, journaling, or quiet reflection in the peaceful Himalayan surroundings.

On the third day, after the morning yoga session and breakfast, you may check out feeling renewed, lighter, and deeply centered.
